Her Element Yoga and Pilates are here to provide accessible and family friendly group classes to the local community.

We cater to women of all experience and fitness levels with a focus on meeting your body and its needs where it is at, on any given day.

We love to challenge the preconceptions commonly held about who and what you need to be in order to enjoy a movement practice, guiding you to be mindful and pay attention to your experience within the practice as we work on strength, mobility, flexibility and emotional wellbeing.

Classes run for an hour and there is a class on every day of the week during school term.

When weather permits, classes are held outside with the option of a cozy space inside when needed.

Rainbow Muse is an affirming and space for processing feelings and experiences. Offering art therapy, psychology, child-centred play therapy, family therapy, peer support and animal-assisted therapy and yoga in an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.

Rainbow Muse Studio Warburton is a satellite site of Rainbow Muse Clinic in Ferntree Gully opened after one of the Co-Directors moved be amongst the beauty of Warburton. An extension of this mental health practice where people can feel supported and accepted as they are. We love the idea of rainbows, because they don’t exist without rain, and sunshine. We believe that everyone has the capacity for magic; some people just need a little bit of help uncovering it.
